At the boutique we love creating cakes for our clients. Whether it is the planning or the labour of love, we don’t stop until we have created the perfect cake. The best part however, is seeing the priceless expression on their faces. But when we got a chance to create a cake for our brother, we were extra excited!!
His passion for music became our inspiration to create his favorite instrament, the harmonium. A harmonium is a keyboard instrument mostly used in Indian music. At first the challenge seemed daunting, but then the four of us sat down at our designing table, the impossible seemed possible. This was our first harmonium cake and that too for a very important and special person in our lives. We were as nervous as we could possibly be.
When he saw the cake, his expression said it all. He absolutely loved it!!! That made all the worrying and nervousness worth it. Happy Birthday Bhai, we love you.
